Abstract Background Lactobacillus spp. have been researched worldwide and are used in probiotics, but due to difficulties with laboratory cultivation of experimentation on oral microorganisms, there few reports being isolated from the cavity tested against pathogens. This research sought isolate determine safety inhibitory capabilities a culture taken human body . Results One organism was isolated, named “ L. gasseri HHuMIN D”, evaluated for safety. A 5% dilution D supernatant exhibited 88.8% inhibition halitosis-producing anaerobic microorganisms itself powerful effects growth 11 bacteria.
